Paving Place is the specialised paving division of Walter Tipper Limited, a family business that has provided the Midlands with building and landscaping supplies for nearly a hundred years. It all started in 1888 when Walter Tipper started mining alabaster in the Midlands, and in 1916 the first Tippers builder’s merchant opened in Uttoxeter. Since then we have expanded to 11 branches across the Midlands with over 250 employees and over 870,000 square foot filled with building and landscaping supplies.
